Apply a small amount of liquid facial tonic on a tampon and with gentle, circular motions apply it to the area around the eyes. It is better to use non-alcoholic tonic.
Apply a pea-sized amount on your ring finger. Eye creams are highly concentrated, so the amount of a pea is all you need for both eyes. For this delicate area, use your ring finger, as it naturally has the lightest touch. Do not put too much pressure on the skin. Then apply small dots under the eye on the forehead bone.
